I came up with a plan to mount the heater fans and started working on it today. I started with a scrap piece of .050" aluminum, cut it to shape and started whittling it down. It came out pretty good.
I cut to length a piece of C channel that will go across the bottom of the heater core and there will be two bolts coming up to the outside holes on the top plate, effectively sandwiching the fans and heater core. I need to source some AN bolts of the correct length to complete the install.
