Today I hung the passenger door, at least temporarily to set the position and check fit. Looks pretty good. I still have to fab up the "window" frame and install it. Then the plexiglass. Then the lift struts. Then the latch. Then the powder coat. But, having the door set in the frame correctly is a big deal.
Now on to the other side.
I picked up my exhaust tube from the welder (he tacked the tube in place) to bring home and check if it is clocked to the correct angle and clears the frame. It was, as was the O2 sensor bung he welded in place. Looks good, I ran it back to him to complete the welds. The down tube will be cut off, with new pieces welded on to complete the routing to the muffler once it is hung.
